We regularly offer volunteering and short-term engagement opportunities, particularly during Synergy Minds events organized under our regional chapters.

Current Opportunities

1. Event Volunteers

Event Volunteers support the smooth execution of Synergy Minds events and play a key role in participant experience.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Registration desk and participant support
  • Session and workshop coordination
  • Speaker and guest assistance
  • Venue logistics and on-site operations
  • General event support and coordination

 

2. Marketing and Communications Volunteers

Marketing Volunteers support outreach and visibility before and during the event.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Social media content creation and live event coverage
  • Supporting promotional campaigns
  • Assisting with newsletters and announcements
  • On-site media coordination and documentation

 

3. Organizing Committee Members (Event-Based)

Organizing Committee Members work closely with the Synergy Minds core team to plan, coordinate, and deliver the event.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting event planning and coordination
  • Liaising with speakers, partners, and exhibitors
  • Assisting with program management
  • Supporting sponsor and partner engagement

This role is suitable for individuals seeking hands-on experience in international event management, innovation ecosystems, or research commercialization activities.

 

4. Additional Opportunities

Depending on the event and regional chapter, additional short-term roles may be available, including:

  • Research and content support
  • Partnership and stakeholder coordination
  • Technical and digital platform support
  • Exhibition and competition coordination
