Paper Submission Guidelines

All authors are required to submit their abstract and full paper via the EZRUN portal.

Instructions for Submission

  1. Register at www.ezrun.org. If you already have a MySigma Portal account, your email will be recognized automatically; in this case, you simply need to reset your password to gain access.
  2. Once registered, log in to your account to begin the process.
  3. In the left-hand navigation pane, click on Create a New Submission and follow the guided steps to upload your manuscript.
  4. Ensure you select the specific conference you are attending and complete all required fields.
  5. You will receive periodic notifications regarding the current status and progress of your submission.
